It's taken 5 years to make
CostumesFrenchMaid.com the website you see today, and we're pretty proud of all the
hard work by our team. We started out in this business aimed at the US
market, but now we're helping people here at home (Australia) with all their
French Maid Costume needs.
CostumesFrenchMaid.com is run by a young, enthusiastic hard working
couple and we love our lingerie as much as you will as a customer. We
understand that price is important to you and so we will help you look like
a million dollars without spending a small fortune.
We've experienced many of the same problems you're likely
to have encountered with costumes in the past (poor quality, exorbitant
prices, difficult sellers and manufacturers) and have built our business
over the last 5 years to take the hassle out of feeling special and sexy.
We run our business as a small boutique service which
makes us easy to contact at all hours. All of our team are empowered to help
fix any problem with your purchase. We are friendly and approachable and
understand that you need someone who is discrete and knowledgeable when it
comes to that special something for you or your partner. We are always happy
to help with size enquiries and will always offer you good advice. After
all, we want nothing more than to see you happy and to be confident enough
in our service that you can come back to us when you need lingerie again.
We understand that sometimes you might not like the item
when you see it, and although we generally expect that you will be happy,
for those occasional sizing or styling mix ups we will offer exchange as
long as all the tags are still on your garment and it has not been worn on
the bare skin.
We hope you understand that we only refund for faulty
items.
Please notify us by email within seven days of receiving
your item if you need to exchange or would like us to consider refund.
And never hesitate to contact us as soon as you have a
concern. We're patient and understanding.
